I’ve never built one. Will it be too hard?
We've selected our beginner kits specifically because we think they are a great place to start. They all take under 2 hours to complete and don't require glue.
The clear step-by-step instructions guide you through the build and if you still have issues you can reach out via our contact page or social media. We are always happy to help.
What if I get halfway and get stuck?
Message our UK team. Whether it is a confusing step, a light that will not work, or a missing piece, we will help you finish. You will not be left stranded with a half-built kit.
Does it require glue?
It depends on the kit. All the kits in the beginner collection are glue-free but some of our other kits require glue. Each product page will say if the kit requires glue and if it is included or sold separately.

Are these kits good quality?
We only stock miniature kits we have built ourselves and are of a standard we approve of. If there are any issues at all with your kit please reach out to us via email or phone and we will organise a refund or replacement.
Do you really ship from the UK?
Yes! All our products ship from our office in Nottingham via Royal Mail Tracked shipping.
We are a registered limited company and you can find all our details on the Companies House website.
