RETURNS & REFUNDS

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Returning an Unwanted Product

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging and it is within the 30 day return window. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. To begin the return process email orders@littleworlds.store with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will need to return the product to Little Worlds, 2A Humber House, Humber Road, Beeston, NG9 2ET. In the case of an unwanted product the customer must pay for the return postage.
  3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Returning a Damaged Product

  1. If you're product arrives in a damaged condition then we are happy to replace or refund it. Please note that we are not able to refund or replace products damaged through user error or improper use. 
  2. To begin the return process email orders@littleworlds.store with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. You will then be sent a Royal Mail Tracked return label via email to send the parcel to Little Worlds, 2A Humber House, Humber Road, Beeston, NG9 2ET. Damaged products can be returned at no additional cost. 
  3. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
  4. If you would like a replacement product then this will be posted once the details of the damage have been confirmed. You will be provided with a tracking number and it will be sent with our standard 48hr postage. 

Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 

My Parcel Has Not Been Delivered

All our products are posted with Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon the items processing. If you have not received your product within 5 days of the shipping time listed on the tracking page please contact us at orders@littleworlds.store.

Before confirming your order please check the address carefully. We are not able to amend the address once the parcel has been shipped and we are not able to offer refunds or replacements in the event of user error. 

I've Entered the Wrong Address

If you have made an error in your order please contact us as soon as possible at orders@littleworlds.store (note we operate 9-5 weekdays only). We will endeavour to amend the address before the product is shipped to you but the address can't be changed once the product is in transit. In this case please contact the courier with the tracking number provided to see if your delivery can be amended. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled up until they have been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@littleworlds.store (note we operate 9-5 weekdays only). Once the order has been shipped we are unable to cancel but you are welcome to make a return via the process outlined above.
